The family business was founded in 1934. Robert joined the business in 1973, after graduating from the University of Kentucky. Since 1988, Robert has been the sole owner. He has expanded the family legacy from distributing liquor, wine, and beer in the state of Tennessee, to national distribution for alcoholic beverages that his company owns.

Robert’s career spans over 45 years in the beverage industry, and he is a former chairman and president of Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA). In April of 2008, Robert was honored by WSWA with the Lifetime Achievement Award. He presently serves on the boards of WSWA (Washington, DC), SunTrust Bank Advisory Board (Nashville, TN), Cheekwood Board of Trustee (Nashville, TN), and iControl (Bethesda, MD).  In 2014, he was inducted into the University of Kentucky Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame. In 2001, he created the Research Fund for the Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse in the UK Department of Psychology. More recently, he has established the Robert S. Lipman Graduate Fellowships in History and Psychology to enhance recruitment of top graduate students to the University. Additionally, Robert is affiliated with numerous civic organizations in the Nashville area. He was honored by Community Nashville as a 2008 Human Relations Award recipient. In 2013, he was presented with the Nashville Public School Hall of Fame, Distinguished Alumni Award.

As President & COO of RSL Holdings, Lowell is responsible for the successful execution of the respective mission statements of the operating entities under RSL Holdings: Lipman Brothers, R.S. Lipman Company, and R.S. Lipman Brewing Company. While working closely with Robert Lipman, the Lipman team managers, suppliers and customers, Lowell’s focus is on the ongoing growth in the markets Lipman serves. Lowell joined Lipman in 2012 as the Director of Operations. He served in the U.S. Army from 2000-2008, achieving the rank of Captain with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Lowell also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

As Executive Vice President of Sales for Lipman Brothers and RS Lipman Holdings, Sam supports all aspects of the Lipman team by building and maintaining relationships with the company, suppliers, and customers

Sam joined our team in the summer of 2024, bringing more than 20 plus years of
Beverage industry experience. He has held numerous leadership positions at Breakthru Beverage, Premier Beverage, and E&J Gallo Winery throughout the Southeast.  During his career, Sam has had a proven track record of leading sales organizations, driving success, and fostering a positive work culture. His leadership sales capabilities and business operations expertise will serve Tennessee well as he continues to advance Lipman’s teams.

Sam earned his B.A. in Business at the University of Central Florida.  A native of Central Florida, Sam resides with his wife and family in Nashville, Tennessee.

A native of Franklin, TN, Clark joined the Lipman team in 2014. With more than 20 years experience in the beer industry, Clark’s responsibilities include management of the beer and non-alcoholic beverage divisions for Lipman Brothers. Previously, he served as the Craft and Import Beer Manager at Ajax Turner Company (Anheuser-Busch) in Nashville, TN. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing from Birmingham-Southern College, where he was a 4-year collegiate soccer athlete.

As Director of Financial Operations and Purchasing for Lipman Brothers, Bob is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of an integrated purchasing and procurement organization. Bob joined Lipman Brothers in 2018 after previously working for Mast-Jagermeister US, where he held various Director roles in accounting, logistics and operations. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Brockport, and currently resides in Spring Hill, TN with his wife and three daughters.

Brandon joined the Lipman team in 2022 as the Director of Operations.  He brought with him more than 16 years’ experience in supply chain ranging from transportation, warehousing, distribution and production. Brandon is instrumental in ensuring the strategic efficiencies throughout operations to include 3PL. Brandon served in the U.S. Army from 1998-2005, achieving the rank of Captain with the 2nd/502nd Infantry Regiment.  During his tenure in the military, he served as the Battalion Operations officer in OIF1; as well as, commanding an infantry rifle company.  He is a graduate of Capella University with a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Alabama.  Brandon resides in Gallatin with wife, Cajun and two sons, Casey and Conlan.

Vice President of Strategy & Planning, Lipman Brothers

As Vice President of Strategy and Planning, Jinger focuses on ensuring business initiatives support delivery of the Lipman Brothers mission and long-term business strategy. Jinger joined Lipman Brothers as Vice President of Spirit Sales where she was responsible for spirits sales in On-premise and Off-premise. Jinger joined our team in 2020, bringing more than 15 years of former beverage industry experience. In her most recent position, Jinger served as Vice President of Sales for Diageo, leading a cross-functional team covering five states and more than twenty distributors. Prior to that, Jinger was Vice President Global Walmart where she was responsible for developing and growing Diageo’s strategic relationship in twelve countries. Jinger led the Women in Sales Initiative for Diageo’s U.S. business mentoring several associates in advancing their careers. Her prior management experience included positions at Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola Consolidated. Jinger earned a B.A. in Business and Human Resources from Volunteer State and Trevecca Nazarene University. A native of Middle Tennessee, Jinger currently resides with her husband on her family farm in Bethpage, TN.

Vice President of On-Premise Sales, Lipman Brothers

Scott comes to Lipman Brothers as the Vice President of On-Premise Sales with over 25 years of experience. Scott started his career in Northern California where he was an On-Premise Sales Representative in Sacramento for Southern Wine and Spirits. He also worked at SWS as a Casino Account Executive.  In 2010, Scott accepted a position with Youngs Market Company as the Division Manager for the On Premise in Sacramento. In 2013 he then oversaw On Premise National Accounts for the West Region.  2016 Scott moved into the Director of Sales position for Northern California where he was responsible for On and Off Premise business in the General Market. 2019 Youngs Market was bought by RNDC and Scott was moved into his new position of Director of On-Premise Sales for Northern California.  In July of 2024 Scott accepted his new role with Lipman Brothers and he and his Wife Marya of 15 Years, have settled in Nashville.  Scott and Marya have 6 kids together and 2 dogs.  They love Baseball, Bike Riding and exploring new areas of the country as well as the great restaurants that Nashville has to offer.

Vice President of Convenience & Grocery Sales, Lipman Brothers

Randy came to Lipman Brothers in January 2015 with nearly 35 years of experience in the beer and non-alcoholic beverage industry. He started his beverage career with All-American bottling Company for his first 10 years. His prior 25 years of experience included his many roles with the local Anheuser-Busch distributor, serving his last 15 years working directly with national accounts buyers. Randy has led our grocery and convenience sales teams for almost 10 years. Randy directed the set up and initial delivery of Lipman Brothers wine portfolio to grocery stores in July 2016. He has continued to grow the beer, non-alcoholic, and wine categories in both grocery and convenience stores across Lipman Brothers distribution territories managing the Key Account Manager, and sales teams within those areas of business. Randy and his wife Gail reside in Gallatin TN with their 2 dogs, Lilly and Wally and enjoy family time with their 2 daughters, Megan ( Adam Terry -husband) and Miranda (Zach Womack – husband). They have been especially blessed with 2 granddaughters, 5-year-old Harper Terry and 17 month old Sutton Womack.

Vice President of Independent Retail Sales, Lipman Brothers

As Vice President of Sales for Independent Retail, Chris is responsible for both wine and spirit sales in our largest division for sales and volume. Chris came to Lipman Brothers following 2 years as VP of National Sales for Stockwell Reserve, and almost 14 years as Division VP and State Manager at Sazerac, prior to Sazerac, Chris spent 2 years at Jim Beam as Kentucky Area Manager. In his former roles, Chris managed all aspects of the supplier business including programming, pricing, budget development/implementation and marketing strategy. Chris got his start locally with B&G Wholesalers in Nashville, TN, as a wine salesman where he served for 8 years which includes his time in Louisville, KY where he was promoted to manage the state wine business. Chris is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. He resides in Nashville with his wife Molly and their two children Mary Pearson & Will.

As Human Resources Manager, Kaley oversees the development and execution of all HR initiatives for RSL Holdings: Lipman Brothers, R.S. Lipman Company, and R.S. Lipman Brewing Company. Kaley’s 10+ years of HR experience is supported with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in HR Management. Kaley resides in peaceful Bon Aqua, TN where she wrangles her husband and two daughters outside of office hours.

Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy, RSL Holdings

As Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy, Trisha is responsible for all marketing execution under RSL Holdings: Lipman Brothers, R.S. Lipman Company, and R.S. Lipman Brewing Company. In this role, Trisha’s focus is on creating innovative marketing campaigns across all channels. Trisha joined Lipman in 2021 bringing more than 18 years of beverage industry experience with Moët Hennessy. In her most recent position, Trisha lead business development for the champagne portfolio of Moët Hennessy in the South region. During her time at Moët, Trisha worked with many of the brands across the portfolio and led their marketing efforts throughout the Southeast. Trisha started off as a finance analyst at Schieffelin & Somerset Co. and also worked in the IT department at Goldman Sachs prior to joining Moët. Trisha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems and Music Industry from the University of Miami and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
